Zaptec is the Regional winner in Made in Norway 2017

Yesterday, Fredrik Lima and Knut Braut received the Regional Winner Western Norway Award from Made in Norway 2017, on behalf of the company.  Zaptec competed with 1000 other companies from all over the country and over 300 from Western Norway on this title.

Made in Norway is a project by Avinor in cooperation with Innovation Norway. Norway’s Research Council, DOGA, Ferd, Abelia and Virke. The goal is to promote those who create ideas, those who create products, those who create jobs. Those who build the country and build the future. Those made in Norway.

The award is given to Zaptec after a comprehensive assessment based on:
Profitability for the company and society
Positive environmental impact
Positive social effects
Project or Product News / Innovation Degree
The company’s ability to convey the product’s properties and potential
The company’s ability to implement the plans

Zaptec is incredibly proud and humble about having received the Made in Norway award. The price gives a boost to the entire company and proves its position as a leading technology company. In 2018, Zaptec will focus on further development of the electric car charging technology. ZapCharger Pro is a living system and will be updated with new services through the cloud solution ZapCloud.
