FREE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
We think it’s only fair to offer our customers a free management system. This user-friendly system gives you access to the specified kWh usage per employee and lets you divide the costs as you want. You can also integrate ZAPTEC with your systems if necessary.

Free management tool
We think it’s only fair to offer our customers a free management system. As an administrator of a ZAPTEC charging system, you can use ZAPTEC Portal for free. Here you can see the status of all charging stations in your system, view consumer reports per user and update the charging station with the latest firmware.
If you don’t want to manage the system yourself, you can use one of our partners’ payment services. Everything from support to payment is taken care of for you, so you can channel your energy elsewhere.
Automated payment solution with RFID or charge card
You can register users with a credit card and RFID charge card in the customer portal. To start charging at charging stations established with Charge365, you use the RFID charge card. Choose price alternatives by the minute, month or kWh.
Automated payment solution with app, charge card or text message
Fortum Charge & Drive can handle everything from installation to operation, maintenance and service. With ZAPTEC Pro and Fortum Charge & Drive, it’s easy to start, pay and stop charging using a charge card, app or text message.
ZAPTEC APM measures power consumption for the entire building and automatically allocates more power to EV charging when the building uses less. Upgrade to ZAPTEC APM when you need more power to charge your car.
Hundvåg and Storhaug home care services use electric vehicles
The Stavanger-based home care service company chose ZAPTEC for charging their electric vehicles (EV). The company made the switch to electric cars in December 2017 and have never looked back. The company currently has 27 EVs that are used by two to four employees daily. The EVs are used from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM every day and charged during breaks and overnight.
